Berry OJ smoothie !



  1. 2.5 cups orange juice, preferably calcium-fortified

  2. 2 banana

  3. 2.5 cups frozen berries, such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or strawberries  (I USE FROZEN)

  4. 1 cup  low-fat silken tofu or low-fat plain yogurt

  5. 1  tablespoon sugar


Put all the ingredients in the blender.   If using the Blendtec Blender push the Smoothies Button, then repeat the Smothies cycle.
