Green Smoothie Variations

Ingredients:

Common items for all options:

  1. 1 large avocado (peeled and pitted)
  2. 5 mint leaves
  3. 3 Sweet Basil leaves
  4. 6  Parsely leaves
  5. 4 Lemon Balm leaves
  6. 2 cups of baby spinach
  7. 12 cubes of ice
  8. 1.5 cups of water
  9. 2 spoons of protein powder, flavor or your choice ( I use chocolate).
Option 1 (Avocado, Cucumber, Pear, Spinach) Option 2 (Avocado, Banana, Mango, Spinach) Option 3 (Avocado, Blue berries, Spinach, Strawberries) Option 2 (Avocado, Mango, Pineapple Spinach)
  1. 1 pear (peeled)
  2. 1 cucumber peeled
  1. 1  large mango (peeled and pitted)
  2. 1/2 banana
  1. 3 stawberries (large)
  2. hand full of blue berries
  1. 1 Large mango (peeled and pitted)
  2. 1 cup pineapple chunks

Cooking:

Put all the ingredients in the blender.    If using the Blendtec Blender push the smoothies button.
